No entry until the client has prepared the workspace and moved to another area of the home. All interactions with the client will be conducted at the minimum recommended safe distance.
The 1st Choice team are committed to the safety of both the client and our own staff. We follow the Covid-19 guidance required by all FENSA members. You can download a copy of these guidance notes here.
The 1st Choice team will not request the use of the facilities at the client location and limit their movements to the work area only and the necessary access points. They also always carry hand sanitiser and take great care to clean the areas in which they’re working at the end of each day.
When all works are complete, the install team will do a final inspection and a final clean up before leaving the property.
The client will then have their own opportunity to inspect the works, and inform the team should the client inspection uncover any issues.
If there’s a need for a call back appointment, this will follow all the same processes that are in place for the install service.
